Guests will have full and exclusive access to the main house during their stay. Please note there is a separate structure on the property—a detached garage that has been converted into a private professional office space. This space, referred to as the cottage, is not included in the rental. It is used by quiet, respectful professionals Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. They access the cottage through a separate entrance from the driveway and do not share any indoor or outdoor areas with guests.
To help ensure a pleasant experience for everyone, we kindly ask that all guest vehicles be parked in the driveway. It fits up to 6 vehicles comfortably. Because of limited street space and a recent neighbor concern, we discourage reservations requiring more than 6 vehicles. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
